Referral

We accept referrals from healthcare providers or self-referrals by phone or email. Complete an intake form and we'll advise on therapist availability.

Assessment

Treatment begins with an assessment. We ask about your experiences, symptoms and personal history to determine how we can help.

Treatment

After the assessment, you will begin therapy and develop a therapeutic connection with someone you can be open and honest with.
