What to Expect at Your First Treatment

During your first treatment, We ask you to arrive 5-10 min prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the Covid-10 screening and review other information. This way you are given your full allotted time for treatment. Filling the health history form/Intake form correctly is very important as some conditions and medications need modification to the treatment. Next, we will go through your health history and concerns. We may do special orthopedic tests depending on concerns. Some tests may reproduce the pain you are feeling.

What to Expect After Your First Treatment

When getting off the table it’s always recommended to rise slowly sitting on the table first before getting off to allow the blood flow to adjust. You may feel dizzy or light-headed. Depending on the type of treatment, deeper work may cause some muscle soreness 24-48 hours after a massage.

**24 hours Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your appointment time. If you don’t show and don’t give us a call, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. Payment is expected in full at the time of treatment.
